Quick Registration Quide
Getting started with us is easy. You can do so in just 2 or 3 easy steps, depending on the age of your child.
- Just download and print our Enrollment form (3-page pdf), and fill it out in its entirety. Page 2, which has the medical information, is only required if your child is not enrolled in school. This page requires a physician’s signature and the child’s immunization records. You may attach the immunization records, but the physician’s signature or stamp must be on our form. You may bring the forms in with you on the first day, but we recommend that you do so in advance to keep from being rushed.
- A $40 Registration Fee is required upon enrollment for every family. You may pay with cash, debit and credit cards.
- If your child is under age 3, you must make reservations for hourly care. Once you’re registered, you are free to make reservations for whatever days and times that you need. If your child is 3 years or older, you may drop him/her off without any advance notice.
- If your child is under 3 years old but is enrolled in Full-Time Care or Mother’s Day Out, reservations are no longer required, unless care is needed during evening hours.
